DO YOU WORK ALONE OR HAVE A TEAM OF VIDEOGRAPHERS/EDITORS?
It is just myself that will film your wedding day. I also do all of the editing myself as I don’t think an external editor can create a film that truly reflects the emotions and vibe of the day.
DO YOU USE THE SPEECHES IN THE SHORT FILM
This is something I get asked a lot. It really depends on whether the speeches add to the narrative of the film.
HOW MANY CAMERAS DO YOU FILM WITH?
The ceremony is filmed with 3 to 4 camera’s so nothing is missed. The cameras are discreetly placed so they are not seen by guests or in the photographers shots. The speeches are filmed with 2 to 3 cameras depending on the venue and setup.
DO YOU HAVE A DRONE LICENCE AND CAN YOU GET SOME AERIAL FOOTAGE ON THE DAY?
Yes, of course. I am fully licensed and insured to film with my drones at your wedding. Flights are dependent on what category of air space your venue is located in though. Flights cannot take place in the rain or heavy snow though.
WHAT IF YOU ARE ILL AND CANNOT MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING?
In the event that I am unable to film your wedding due to illness or injury, I will do my utmost to find a suitable replacement videographer to film your wedding. If I am unable to find a suitable replacement, a full refund will be issued including the deposit.
WILL YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF NORFOLK FOR OUR WEDDING?
Yes, of course. Accommodation and travel expenses may be required depending on how far the venue is from my office.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AND HOW MUCH IS IT?
Yes, a £500 deposit is required to secure your wedding date, with the final payment due 8 weeks before your wedding.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
I am fully insured to film your wedding.
DO YOU CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR OUR WEDDING VIDEO?
Yes, but for a couple of reasons Music licensing isn’t that simple. Unfortunately, I cannot use pop/mainstream tracks for your wedding films without the risk of prosecution from major record labels. So I use a variety of music licensing websites to find your music. This also gives you a unique track that reflects the mood of the day. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR US TO RECEIVE OUR WEDDING VIDEO’S?
Please allow up to 2-3 months to receive all of your wedding films. At the beginning of the wedding season, the wait is much shorter, but as the wedding season builds up the wait typically increases. This is due to the editing and colour grading that is required for each film. You can see a good example of what colour grading is here….
